How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: shop@foliabody.com
  • Include: Your order number and reason for return

Step 2: Return Authorisation

Once we receive your request, we'll send you:

  • A return authorisation number
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for faulty items)
  • Instructions on how to package and send your item

Important: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • ✓ Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • ✓ In the same condition you received it
  • ✓ Unworn or unused
  • ✓ With all original tags attached
  • ✓ In its original packaging
  • ✓ Accompanied by proof of purchase

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must still meet the standard return conditions listed above. This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

Types of Returns

Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? We understand. If your item hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund your order immediately. If it's already on its way:

  • Return the unopened item within 30 days
  • Customer covers return shipping costs
  • Refund processed once we receive the item

Damaged or Faulty Items

Your products should arrive in perfect condition. If your package has had a rough journey, we'll make it right immediately.

What to do:

  1. Email us at shop@foliabody.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Brief description of the issue
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
  4. We'll provide a prepaid return label

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll send the correct item at no extra cost
  • We'll provide a prepaid label for the return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or opened (except for faulty items)
  • Personal care items where the seal has been broken
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items with missing parts not due to our error

International Returns

Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer covers return shipping
  • Customs/Duties: Customer is responsible for any customs fees

Gift Returns

Received a Folia Body product as a gift?

  • We'll issue a store credit for the value of the item
  • Original purchaser will not be notified of the return
  • Gift receipts make the process easier
